RICS Homebuyer Report

The RICS Homebuyers Report or Homebuyers Survey is a detailed report on the current condition of a property. The surveyor will report on any findings that affect the value and insurance valuation.

The Homebuyers Report uses a traffic light system to grade each building element. This makes the homebuyer report easy to understand.

You should consider comissioning a homebuyers report when:

  • You require information on the condition of a property, including significant and urgent defects.
  • You require a valuation in addition to information on the properties defects.
